Any service performed by the seller implies the unreserved acceptance of the buyer to these general conditions of sale.

Article 2 - Presentation of ebooks and drawing in digital format
Examples of ebooks and drawings offered for sale are presented in the "Collections" section of the website.

TattooIdeas.shop The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The seller can not be held liable if errors have occurred.

Article 3 - Period of validity of the offers of sale
Tattoos designs and ebooks are offered for sale only in a paid or free digital format. All the creations presented on

TattooIdeas.shop are available indefinitely; at any time the seller can delete, replace or add a product.

Ebooks and flash tattoos are only available in digital format at TattooIdeas.shop.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The proposed rates include rebates and rebates that the seller would have to award based on its results or the assumption by the buyer of certain benefits. No discount will be granted in case of advance payment.

Article 5 - Order

Article 7 - Delivery
Ebooks and flash tattoo are only available for download. The sending of an original drawing is possible only in case of order of a personalized drawing since the form of our site Maingriz.com towards Europe provided that the customer is chosen this option when asking for the price, it can also request the sending of the original once the drawing done. The original drawings are delivered without guarantee as to the deadlines. The delivery deadline varies according to their address. It is fixed for an address in mainland France, the day of payment + 20 days and, for other destinations, the day of payment + 1 month.

Article - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute between the seller and the customer resulting from the formation, interpretation or execution of the sales contract will fall, in the absence of an amicable solution, territorially competent courts.
